A unit is a tenancy-holding property (or flat within one) under active management. Sales-only instructions don't count towards your unit limit.
Each plan includes a set number of team seats (Starter 2 · Professional 5 · Business 15) and Enterprise is unlimited. Extra seats are £5/month each — you'll never be locked out mid-letting.
Send us an export from your current system (or your spreadsheets) and our onboarding team maps properties, tenancies, landlords and certificates into LintelCRM before your trial ends.
We'll let you know when you're close and you can move up a tier from settings. Nothing is blocked overnight — you'll never lose access to your data.
