Where it started

Good agencies, held together by memory

LintelCRM began with watching capable teams run on spreadsheets, inbox folders and recall — re-typing the same tenancy into four systems while a gas certificate quietly expired in a fifth.

Property software existed, but it was built for a different market or priced and shaped for enterprises. We wanted the tool a sharp UK agency would build for itself: opinionated about compliance, honest with landlords, and calm to work in.
