A lintel is the beam above a door that quietly carries the load. That is the job we chose: the software underneath a letting agency that holds everything up — without asking for attention.
Where it started
LintelCRM began with watching capable teams run on spreadsheets, inbox folders and recall — re-typing the same tenancy into four systems while a gas certificate quietly expired in a fifth.
Property software existed, but it was built for a different market or priced and shaped for enterprises. We wanted the tool a sharp UK agency would build for itself: opinionated about compliance, honest with landlords, and calm to work in.
What we believe
