This policy covers this marketing website (lintelcrm.co.uk). The LintelCRM application itself is governed by the data processing terms in your service agreement — as a customer, you remain the data controller for your tenants' and landlords' data; we process it on your instructions.
LintelCRM ("we", "us") operates lintelcrm.co.uk and the LintelCRM property management platform. For data collected through this website, we are the data controller. You can reach us at hello@lintelcrm.co.uk.
Contact and demo requests: your name, work email, agency name and anything you write in the message — used solely to respond to you.
Trial sign-ups: handled in the LintelCRM application; account details are governed by the service agreement rather than this policy.
Server logs: IP address, user agent and requested URLs, retained briefly for security and reliability.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
Responding to your enquiry: legitimate interest (you asked us to).
Providing the trial and service: performance of a contract.
Security logging: legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.
Enquiries: up to 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
Server logs: rotated on a short cycle measured in days, not months.

This website and the LintelCRM platform are hosted in a UK data centre. Email is processed by our transactional email provider under a data processing agreement.
